TGA of Antioxidant AO80

Antioxidant AO80 (JADEWIN AO80)is a new generation high molecular weight hindered phenolic antioxidant with bisphenolic group that makes it of lower dosage,volatiles and extraction loss than monophenolic antioxidants.
Besides, Antioxidant AO80(JADEWIN AO80 also has better performance in light&thermal stability and anti-aging performance.
With the development of material science, more and more materials, for example, polyurethane coating , PET , polyamide(Nylon), need to be processed and used at high temperature above 300-350℃, especially in defense industry.
But when exposed to light and heat, these materials get fragile and go oxidized easily, the appearance of material turn yellowing , the Tensile strength, tear strength and other mechanical properties degraded sharply.
As consequence, the application and aesthetics of products are heavily discounted.
While most traditional antioxidants will loss effect and be decomposed under temperate of 300-350 ℃.There is few antioxidants can be suggested.
