FEATURE AND APPLICATION

●UV-1164gl is a new type of UV absorber that strongly absorbs UV rays and has a higher UV absorption rate to maximize protection against photodegradation of polymers. Compared with other traditional UV absorbers, it is characterized by high molecular weight, non-volatility, extraction resistance, and easy processing.

●UV-1164gl has a light yellow appearance, does not cause polymer coloration or discoloration, and maintains the original transparency or color of the product when exposed to light and heat for a long period of time.

●UV-1164gl can be used alone or in combination with light stabilizers (e.g., hindered amine compounds), and can be used directly with resins or made into masterbatch, or dissolved in solvents and applied to the surface of products.

●The UV absorption effect is significantly better than other traditional UV absorbers. Suitable for PP, PE; can also be used in polystyrene, polyester, ABS resin, PVC, nylon, polyurethane and so on.

Suggested additive amount: 0.2%-0.3%.
