FEATURE AND APPLICATION

JADEWIN INNODIOL(S)is a highly reactive dispersant used for the production of water-based polyurethane resins.It has stronger resistance to hydrolysis and storage stability compared to other type of dispersants such as DMPA and  DMBA and  is widely  used as a chain extender  in the synthesis of water-based  polyurethane resins for applications such as shoe adhesives,woodworking adhesives,and synthetic leather.

JADEWIN INNODIOL(S)is a  unique combination of hydroxyl and sulfonate functionals  in one  molecule.It consists 2 hydroxyl   terminated   carrying   one   sodium   sulfonate   group   on   polyol   backbone.Due   to   di-functional hydroxyl group,it can substitute acid functional  polyol  in  process  of  prepolymer  synthesis excluding TEA neutralization step.INNODIOL(S)as a base polyol offers the advantage;

-Excellent aqueous  PU-dispersion  stabilization

-No  organic  solvents

-Good hydrolysis resistance and thermal stability

-pH  insensitivity  and  better  miscibility  with  other  dispersions

INNODIOL(S)is  a  reactive  dispersant  that   is  highly  effective  for  waterborne   polyurethane  resins.It  has strong  hydrophilic  properties  and  good  compatibility  with  both  acidic  and  basic  conditions,making  it  applicable  to  a  wide  range  of  reagents.INNODIOL(S)was  developed  as  a  replacement  for  DMBA  and DMPA  with  a  carboxyl  ionic  center.It  exhibits  higher  hydrophilicity  and  storage  stability  than  DMPA,and has low sensitivity to external environmental factors such as temperature or pH.Additionally,INNODIOL(S) is  neutralized  by  sulfonated  sodium  salt,eliminating  the  need  for  a  neutralizer  and  allowing  for  a  wider range of process variations when preparing polyurethane dispersions.
