STUDY ON EFFECTS ON PROPERTIES OF LDPE FILMS MODIFIED ACTIVATION
Abstract:
Under the action of diisopropylbenzene peroxide, LDPE was activated by vinyltrimethylsilane, and the activated masterbatch was prepared. The degree of activation reaction was controlled by adding different mass of inhibitors. The results showed that the addition of SDS can reduce the molten masterbatch, the addition of DMF can improve the masterbatch melt index. SDS and DMF can improve the tensile strength of the films. The addition of DMF will reduce the visible light transmittance of the film. When the amount of SDS was 0. 04 g, the tensile strength was up to 17. 99 k Pa, visible light transmittance was the best as 87%.
