JADEWIN AN CTP-2 775nm is an infrared laser dye it is is suitable for thermal CTP plate.
The application principles of these two products are as follows The thermosensitive composition is coated on the metal aluminum plate base in advance. Through infrared laser (830NM infrared laser) scanning, the infrared absorption dye in the composition of the scanned part converts light energy into heat energy, causing the part to heat up, which is a potential protonic acid decomposition to produce acid. Under the catalysis of acid, the resin part is crosslinked to form a relatively stable latent image. Then the developer treated goods are not treated with developer (usually called no treatment) to obtain characters or images on the plate. The main function of the infrared absorption dye in this process is to convert light energy into heat energy.
